Travel along the stunning arctic circle railway line to Abisko National Park, famous throughout the world for being a top northern lights viewing destination, and famous amongst Swedes for its phenomenal summer hiking opportunities. Spend 2 nights here exploring the diverse landscapes before heading to Kiruna, ending the trip on a high note with a relaxing and authentic Swedish sauna ritual.

Tour Itinerary
Upon arrival in to Kiruna Airport, transfer to the world famous Icehotel for a 2 night stay. In the evening, check into an ice room at Icehotel 365, the permanent ice art exhibit that houses the ice rooms as well as an Art Gallery and Ice Bar. Sleep comfortably on the ice bed topped with a comfortable mattress, reindeer skins and a thermal sleeping bag.
Wake up to a hot cup of lingonberry juice and enjoy a relaxing sauna session and shower before breakfast. The rest of the day is free to book one of the optional activities available. Experience rafting or fishing on the Torne River, or take to the trees on an exciting high ropes & zipline course. For something a little more low key, go and cuddle the husky puppies at a local kennel or try ice sculpting. This afternoon, check in to the warm hotel room. (B)
Transfer to the train station to take a journey of the popular arctic circle rail line to into Abisko National Park. Upon arrival, check in to STF Abikso Tourist Station Hotel for a 2 night stay. Tonight, enjoy a 3-course dinner at the hotel. (B,D)
Today is free to explore the stunning landscapes of Abikso National Park and to soak up the midnight sun. There are many excellent hiking opportunities in the area and your stay includes a return daytime ticket on the Abisko chair lift for excellent views and further walking opportunities. (B)
Take the train back to Kiruna and check in to Camp Ripan for a final night. This evening, indulge in a sauna spa ritual complete with a personal sauna bucket. Relax and enjoy applying the treatments in between trying out the various saunas, steam room, indoor pool and outdoor hot tub. (B)
Check out of the hotel and transfer to the Kiruna Airport for the flight back to the UK.
