Coastal Cliffs & Soviet Paldiski

The two main attractions on this seaside drive are striking views of northeastern Estonia's coastal cliffs and the curious, Soviet military town of Paldiski. We'll make a several stops to see the natural beauty of the North-Estonian Clint – the limestone escarpment that juts out above the Baltic waters – and visit the famous Keila Joa waterfall. In Paldiski, a secret, closed military zone in Soviet times, we'll hear stories of the submarine base that once operated here and see the remnants of its infrastructure.
