Visit an authentic reindeer farm in Sierijärvi Village, just outside Rovaniemi, and step into the heart of traditional Lappish life. Meet more than 200 reindeer, enjoy a peaceful reindeer ride and discover a family-run farm where reindeer herding has been practised since the 1800s. Learn about the daily life of reindeer herders and the seasonal rhythms of the animals, and, weather permitting, experience the most traditional form of Lapland transport on a reindeer sleigh. (B)
