Collect your hire car at the airport and head to Bø, Vesterålen. Leave the car at the docks to take your boat transfer to the island where you will spend the next three nights. (D)

As you explore, QR codes along the route provide access to written and audio stories, photos, and illustrations that reveal the island’s rich and fascinating history. For those eager to get on the water, there is on offer supported kayaking with a designated guide, perfect for beginners. Alternatively, guests can try seaweed or wild herb harvesting. Today embark on a thrilling sea eagle safari, where you glide across pristine Arctic waters surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Witness in awe as powerful sea eagles soar overhead with wingspans stretching up to two metres. Listen to their distinctive calls echoing as they hunt and glide effortlessly through the sky.
