Tour Itinerary
Fly to Tromsø and transfer to the city centre to check-in to your hotel. Tromsø is an ideal base for an Arctic adventure, situated above the Arctic Circle on the fjord and surrounded by picturesque mountains, it offers incredible winter activities and excellent northern lights opportunities. The vibrant community warrants some time to explore with several interesting museums, delicious restaurants.
Spend a free day discovering Tromsø’s natural wonders or head out on an optional excursion. Perhaps embark on a cross-country ski activity or a snowshoeing excursion.
In the evening, embark on an aurora safari and travel through the Arctic wilderness to a base camp to enjoy a hot meal (soup) and campfire. Northern lights sightings here are exceptionally high, with a success rate of 93 percent. (B,D)
