The hotel has 190 rooms in several categories, ranging from Standard and recently renovated Comfort Rooms to larger Superior and Premium Rooms, Family Rooms and Suites. Rooms have Wi-Fi, TV, bathrobes and slippers, with many of the higher categories offering balconies and views towards the sea or across Jurmala. Premium Rooms and Suites were renovated in 2024 with interiors inspired by the colours and natural surroundings of the coast.

Restaurant Jurmala serves a buffet breakfast each morning alongside lunch and dinner, with a spacious summer terrace overlooking Jomas Street. The hotel also has bars where guests can enjoy drinks and lighter refreshments.
