Popova Kula Winery

The Popova Kula Winery, with its rolling vineyards, is located on the southern slopes of Veliko Brdo, west of the town of Demir Kapija. Here they produce 20 different types of wine from 11 different grape varieties so a stay here is really a must for any self respecting oenophile.
There are 33 different types of rooms, each named after and decorated in the colour of a different variety of wine. One of our favourite wines (or rather rooms) is 106-Pinot Noir-as it has a balcony. The hotel has a restaurant, offering several tasting packages, and of course excellent traditional Macedonian cuisine.
