Koh Ker Holidays

Koh Ker, an ancient city in Cambodia's dense jungle, was briefly the capital of the Khmer Empire under King Jayavarman IV. Built rapidly in the 10th century, it boasted a sprawling temple complex, including the iconic Prasat Thom pyramid temple. Abandoned after just two decades, Koh Ker's ruins offer insight into its former grandeur and unique architectural style. Visitors can explore well-preserved structures like Neang Khmao and Prasat Pram, while climbing Prasat Thom provides panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
