We are currently proactively contacting all customers with a planned holiday up to 30 September, to speak about travel arrangements. Whether that means amending holidays to a later date or seeking cancellation, we’re very proud to be remaining as flexible as possible to help our clients at this challenging time.
We are currently recommending that customers who had booked to travel this summer to amend their holiday for the future. We’re currently keeping in close contact with our global network of suppliers to arrange rescheduling holidays; not only is this invaluable to us as a business, but it helps our partners, who our team maintain a close relationship with. These relationships also mean that we’re able to move mountains for our customers, whether that means delaying a holiday, altering accommodation or changing an itinerary altogether.
As this global situation develops, we will adjust our approach. We pride ourselves on our personal relationships with our customers and with our suppliers around the world, so we’re keeping in frequent contact with both. We will continue to get in touch with clients who hold future bookings as and when it becomes necessary, and remain flexible in rearranging and postponing holidays.
